You used Title font size, Title line height, Excerpt font size and Excerpt line height unit as vw (viewport width). It’s responsive and scaled down when you view from smaller width device.
For, now if you don’t want to scale down your text chooses ‘px’ from the drop-down.I will take care of it at later version.

First, check that you don’t have any java-script conflict. If you cant then, provide little more details about your problem. Also provide your page link. If you have privacy problem mail to [email protected]

Advanced post slider use post featured thumbnail and after installation select some posts to show on slide.

Didn’t understand your question properly. Do you want to put 2 slides next to each other or 2 slideshow next to each other ?
If you want first one, then use slider type ‘carousel’ or ‘ticker’ and if second one, then you already did it.

I checked your page link and look like there is nothing wrong. you can use like that.

You disabled auto play, excluded next/previous and pagination. So, no way to slide your image.

and Slide margin is great if you are using carousel or ticker. Both are working and well tested. Shortly there will be demos and tutorial at my site then it will be more clear.

I got you padding issue and will consider to add option for it. For now you can use this CSS

First of all I am sorry for the hassle and I will take care of it ASAP.

@billpeterson don’t give up use the latest version. It’s always best practice to use latest version of plugins and themes. We really work hard to bring best things for you.

@antocaes database structure is changed so it was too hard to keep your old settings but from version 2 you will never lose your settings by upgrading or re-installing.
You can select post by category. From ‘Select post using’ select ‘Query’ then you will get your preferred way of selecting post.

Try a quick solution. Rather than upgrading just deactivate the plugin then delete it from admin panel then re-install version 2 again.

If you still have problem, please share it and help us to improve user experience.
