I have done as you requested, and it partially works.

The new checkbox with the list name appeared on the form. When I check it, it subscribes the user to the list, and the confirmation message appears on the screen, but it does not send the contact mail.

When I don’t check the new checkbox, and hit “Submit”, the “loading” squares keep spinning indefinitely.

The page is in portuguese, but I don’t think it will get in your way. Feel free to use any email in the tests, just let me know which, so that I can remove from the list afterwards.

So what I need is this verification:
IF the checkbox is checked, add this person to Sendy’s list;
IF the checkbox is NOT checked, DO NOT add this person to the list.

Actual result: I access the link and it only leads to the page, not to the lightbox opening.

At this moment the deeplink has no function. If I remove all information after the # , I will get the exact same result.
