Looks as if the mail server was clogged. The emails started coming since 2:45 AM.
I’ll post an update if I find out the cause of this issue.

In a previous thread I posted (regarding AJAX issues), you were right, it is in fact because of JavaScript errors related to my website template.
Therefore the AJAXy issues are dealt with provided I fix the mischievous code issues.
The only unsolved problem here is that although the forms are sent properly, but they simply don’t get delivered to my designated email addresses. This issue has risen after the upgrade to CF 7 2.0.

Currently using WP 2.8.2

Upgraded to WP 2.8.2, changed my theme to default, still no use.
The emails aren’t coming through.

This issue us visible while typing in the word. When you preview the form in the website front-end, it displays as normal without any problem.

I’m currently working on a new theme for my website. I’ll definitely try it out after I revamp my site.

Downgrading to WP 2.7.1 has fixed the problem temporarily.
Must be something in the WP 2.8 core that’s causing all the mischief.
Takayuki, any ideas?

I inserted the following code at the top of my footer.php:

<?php wp_footer(); ?>

But still no use.

Upgrading to WP 2.8 messed things up.

I had this problem. I CHMOd index.php to 444, and since no one can write on the file now, no more virus attack.

Still, this fix didn’t help with the AJAX issue.

Submit button isn’t disabled before confirming the “terms” checkbox, plus AJAX is not functioning, in other words, the whole page refreshes after the form is submitted.

Would you please issue a patch for this problem?

This is a WP2.8-wide issue which has also disabled AJAx on other AJAX-based plugins.

Would be nice if the dev-team would post a fix on this major issue.

The problem is in fact, AJAX is not working in the New Post Page. Apart from the tags issue, you cannot minimize/maximize different page components.
