From the message you’ve posted here ” Please edit your app settings and try again.” I can only conclude that the problem seems to be somewhere within your Facebook app settings. (Developers.Facebook.com). Have you already Googled the issue you’ve mentioned? Did you integrate the right credentials on the Facebook App Page?

Yes we’re still working on it, although not to heavily as we had a lot of work the last couple of months. User submitted posts is good too, they have the benefit of you integrating custom elements, which we are currently working on. The Plugin should be compatible with the current WordPress Version and we didn’t have (up to now) issues with other plugins.

To answer your question: Yes you can always edit the category after someone submitted a post. The post is saved as “pending for review” and not published immediately.

Thanks for using our plugin. Currently there is no backed option to hide certain areas -> But we will include that in our next version of the plugin.

For now you can add this code in your custom.css or style.css:
label[for="tags"],#tags {display: none;} to get rid of the “Tag”. To get rid of the Category you would need to integrate this code:

#cat {display: none;} and create a new .po file for your translation. In that file you would need to leave the “Category” name section empty.

There already is a German translation available but you can translate it into any other language you wish. You just need to create a new .po file for your language and change that language in your WordPress back-end to the language you would like to have your website in. You might need to read a tutorial on how to translate plugins. We use PoEdit to translate our plugins and there are several good tutorials on PoEdit out there.

If you need the plugin in a popular language, you could also help us with the translation and we can integrate it in our next version if you want?

Thanks for using our plug in and writing us concerning the issues.

As you already mentioned the app works on our side, so we need to dig deeper into both issues. Could you send us an e-mail with a screenshot of the problems to [email protected]

We’re working on some other issues and will include them in our next update.

We’ll also try to set up a tutorial for Google+ – since Google+ really can be a bit a pain when setting up. It took it some hours to get that straight as well.
