Ok, here is the situation.

I was making test payments to see if the system is working or not, but all while logged in as an admin.

I created a different button with s2member for a small amount and tried the payment in a different browser. It went through and I got all the emails from s2member.

Also, when my last customer had the problem during payment process, he used non English chracters in his name and I read somewhere about this causing problems.

So, I took %%full_name%% from signup confirmation email recipient section as advised in another thread.

I hope this will work with no problems in the future.

As I said, I did not touch the site for a long time and everything was perfect until this last customer.

I saw the thread you mentioned before I posted here, actually.
As I said before, nothing has changed on my website lately.
I haven’t installed any new plugins. Last week, a transaction was made with no problems but the last one yesterday did not go thru.

I use Cloudflare and don’t really wish to dump all its cache. That may be the reason.

I replaced that line and so far it seems to be working. I’ll let you know if anything goes wrong again.

Well, the reason is the title of this topic. I’m having the same problem and trying to find a solution without losing my data. I guess I’ll keep it deactivated till there is an update.

Would I lose my poll data if I delete the latest version and roll back to version 2.65 ?

Can you tell us how you did it ?

I was using a theme called “News Leak” which was outdated for a long time I guess. I switched to “Iconic One”.

I have to tell you that the plugin does not get along with minifying function in W3 Total cache. So I had to disable that too.

I ended up changing the theme and deactivating js minifying in W3 Total Cache and the problem was solved.
