@clitopwebsite This is due to the fact that I haven’t updated my updates recently. I would only be able to dedicate some time if I took over this plugin to bring it all up to date.
Hi @bedas
I have tried to contact @mihche on here as well as via slack and their website without any success. I would also like to offer to take over the support and maintenance of this plugin.
I have already made some fixes for my own purposes and have also previously posted about updates.
Thanks

Hello,
Has there been any progress on this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Ultimate FAQ Accordion Plugin] All post types overridden by FAQHello,
I ended up keeping the FAQ plugin deactivated for a couple of versions and the problem went away by itself. I couldn’t find any plugin that was conflicting with it.

Hi @eftcolumbus
Oh, my! I was using the built-in WooCommerce functions to get the correct currency symbols and other things which don’t appear to work in subject lines. I’ve removed the complexity of that and gone with a simple dollar sign in the string. This has been triple checked it and this is working as it should.

Again, if it doesn’t work, let me know!
Cheers,
Jamie.
Hi @eftcolumbus
Apologies again, I wasn’t looking at the raw email data and once again I used the wrong function to output the price.
I’ve updated the snippet in the article again, which now shows the price without any HTML formatting.
Let me know if this is working for you.
Cheers,
Jamie.
Hi @eftcolumbus
Apologies, I used the wrong order total call. It was wrapping the total value in HTML which breaks email clients. I’ve updated the article to use the correct call.

Hi @eftcolumbus
Apologies for the delay in our response. We don’t have merge tags for the order total, as we use the same placeholders available within WooCommerce. That being said, you can still hook into a filter and change the subject line to include the order total.
We have created an article using your requirement as our example on how to use our filters to override the subject to include what you need.

If you need anything else, please let us know.
Jamie.
