I notice that there are no replies to this … I’m having the same issue at https://dev.digileaf.co.uk (on the Bronze, Silver & Gold pages). Although oddly, occassionally (about 5% of the time) one of them will play okay, and then it won’t.

I’m using WordPress 3.3.1. IE8 (I had the same problem in IE7). Firefox is fine, it’s just Internet Explorer that has the problems, but I can’t launch a new site if it doesn’t work in IE.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have just started using Shadowbox, which I think is awesome, but like blafarm I have a need to play .mp4 in JWplayer (not QT) (read in another of your posts) and I need to support HTML5 so that our videos can be viewed by everyone.

I notice that the latest version of JW Player is promoted as being for Flash & HTML5.

Does that mean that this fallback issue is resolved within the player now? I kind of assumed that if I could get the player to default to JW Player and that if it was playing .mp4 files (encoded as H264), then that would be fine on PCs, MACs, iPads, iPhones and everything else under the sun.

Am I right or do I need more?
