@roastbeef I used the standard way WooCommerce handles products and attributes, then used the add-on was a Yith plugin called YITH Color, Image & Label Variation Swatches for WooCommerce to handle multiple selections with swatches.

Thanks for sharing the example.

I’ll have to look into the setting in the morning but you could change the basket setting from the default 48 hours or use a plugin to basically clear the basket after a set time. I think it would be called something like “empty cart plugin”

I’m not sure I fully understand…

It sound like it would be easier to have 4 product options, where the user can only select one option.
The other query is why would you want to limit the amount a user can purchase?

Maybe we just need a bit of background or more examples of what you need.

Resolved it!

The easiet way is to use the default shortcodes

• [product_category]?– is how you display a specified product category.
• [product_categories]?– is how you display ALL of your product categories.?
• [product_categories number="0" parent="0"]?– is how you display top level product category.

This has been resolved… I simple worked with teh native woocommerce.

Thanks for the quick response, I will have to rethink of alternative options.

I have a third paper plugin that does something similar, but its literally that extra function would solve a lot my requirements.
