I am locked out of my dashboard as well. This update is an epic fail. Second time one of these “patches” has shut me out of my own site.
Yea, I am locked out too. I am thinking with all the 404 errors it blacklisted me now to.

Shame that plugin hasn’t seen development for 2+ years. Will search for its clone. ??
I posted a feature request to them at the same time I posted this thread as well.
I do use the short-code on my pages/posts. Unlike other plugins, does not look like they let you customize with code. Seems all GUI driven. Would likely have to modify the plugins core PHP files.
Do you have any recommendations of subscribe plugins that work well with JetPack Subscribe? Whether it be lightboxes, popup boxes, foobar, more subtle popups like unpop.

After about 30 minutes the redirected login started working again. No idea why. So I am good again. Very odd.
Yea the admin redirect is completely broken now.
