Developer has no contact form or other means of communication on their site. How would one communicate with dev regarding upgrading from the free version hosted on www.remarpro.com to a Premium version?

Can you clarify what premium support covers and does not cover? Most premium support would not cover fixing a plugin conflict with another plugin that may or may not be the fault of the other plugin …. which is why I’m asking. We don’t want to waste everyone’s time by signing up and then getting a “that’s not covered by premium support repsonse” …. Quite frankly, we have a ton of custom work and plugins we need built as well, which is why I was asking also.

Also, no contact form means no feedback to improve your products and no bug reports. I would almost never come here to chat with a plugin dev about their plugin, except that this is the only option …

It just tells me I don’t have an active support subscription, which I’m aware of. We need to fix some issues that are likely going to require some custom work on the plugin due it’s architecture that is preventing the ability to use custom sidebars on templates via woosidebars and is likely outside standard support. Currently, single view term pages are seen and treated by WP as single blog posts pages / templates and assign their sidebar accordingly, instead of using their custom Page Template we’ve created via Woosidebars to assign a custom widget area to them … making it impossible to give single term pages a custom sidebar ….

This is another reason this plugin would be awesome with shortcodes …. you could easily make changes like this without having to edit templates, just pop in a short code…. also, with shortcodes, there wouldn’t be a need to use templates since most themes have their own built in … simply use the theme template you like and insert the shortcode …. so much more work creating and updating custom templates …. ??

We noticed a similar issue. We use siteuptime.com to monitor our sites and they use head requests, which are being blocked. Would it be possible to allow specific IP’s to make head requests?

If you are having login issues with child sites, that may be a cookie problem …. something that may be related to your different authentication keys and salts in wp-config ….. that has been my experience in the past at least. So you’re able to get FEE working when using reverting from WPMU mapping plugin to another mapping plugin… interesting. ??

@norilse: Unfortunately we had no luck and your last response may be the reason why …. we would LOVE to get this type of plugin working on a multisite install …. it will happen soon enough, but this plugin looks great, so we’ll see if anything changes in the future to enable multisite functionality …. ??

D. Seems to be working. I really like the update cache when a PAGE is updated as well in addition to a post … When managing multsite installs, I typically use the delete button in the toolbar to delete cache for all blogs, but it looks like that button is now only for deleting the blog you are on, is this correct? It would be great to have an option in the tool bar to delete all cache, especially when you’re in the Network Admin section of multisite … just a thought. ?? Thanks again.

We’re also still sitting tight with .9.9.9.9.9 and not experiencing issues unless we go to dev or 1.0 … fwiw.

Thanks, I will take a look. In comparing the source for non-mapped (FEE working) sites vs mapped sites (FEE not working) the code is identical … so it doesn’t look like CSS or JS is getting bad links ….

Also changed to 2011 theme and turned off all plugins to no avail …

Did notice the following in error logs though …

Not seeing any JS errors in firebug … the unmapped site and mapped sites are using the exact same plugins / themes … of which there are a couple plugins loading Jquery …
