I think this is putting the cart before the horse. How can I have a WordPress website when WordPress woun’t even let me download the WordPress software to create one.

None of the answers I’ve been given work. All of them tell me to go to programs or links that don’t exist.

There is no Admin panel anywhere on my screen when I log in
