Yes, that’s why it would be ideal to be able to set a cover page…so that when you “open” the book…the first reading page isn’t on the backside of the “cover”. It almost seems intuitive that this would be the normal behavior…just like reading a real book…the first chapter isn’t written on the backside of the cover…it’s written on it’s own page.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Badge Management] Make badge width of product imageThat worked perfect, thanks!
Apologies, I will reach out to you there.
OK…I have to make an apology…all your code has been working and it was I who was making an error. I tried tis latest update and it still wasn’t working, but as I looked closer at my Additional CSS, I noticed that the line above the code you gave me, I had an extra Curly Closing Bracket from the code above it. Once I deleted that extra curly bracket, all the code you had given me (even the initial one) worked perfectly.
Thank you for your help and I apologize for all the back and forth. It was I who had been entering it incorrectly.

Yes, the code is in the right place…am I inputting it incorrectly? I don’t understand. I compared your code to my code and it seems identical…
OK, I took it out of maintenance mode. It was taking too long to get a response, and I don’t want the site live yet. I will likely return it to maintenance mode within 24 hours of writing this. Thank you.
Thank you. I tried it and it’s still persisting…
Are you getting my emails? I responded to your email but haven’t heard back in a few days.
The website is not LIVE at the moment and put into maintenance mode. I did respond to the link you provided, however.

In reply to: No longer able to open url linked photos in lightboxAnd as was mentioned, this issue isn’t specific to OneDrive, as the behavior is emulated when using Google Drive. I just happen to be using OneDrive. Before coming here I tested with Google Drive to identify if it was solely OneDrive with the issues.
This leads me to believe there is some sort of issue when using embedded images that has changed.
It worked….now it doesn’t. I’m open to exploring OneDrive itself as being the issue, but the symptoms are not pointing that direction. And to be honest, I wouldn’t even know who to talk to at OneDrive for this very specific issue.
So no one uses images via embedding? Not one single person? That seems strange to me. I’m not suggesting it is commonplace, but would assume that it would be used by at least a small amount people.
As for moving my images into WordPress, I’m not technically opposed to it, but again, as my site is image and video intensive, my allotted storage amount would quickly get consumed. I also don’t like the inability of WordPress to properly manage the files. The Gallery is just a huge dump of photos, whereas, with OneDrive, there is at least some semblance of file management.
I honestly do appreciate your help. I am simply frustrated as I’ve tried many, many things and everyone is blaming everyone else when my gut tells me its something within WordPress…the symptoms manifest outside of OneDrive.

In reply to: No longer able to open url linked photos in lightboxI haven’t used the link, per se’, but I do use the embed url that OneDrive provides. Let me explain the process better.
When I’m within my OneDrive account, I navigate to my image files, select the one I’d like to embed, and OneDrive provides an embed link.
I copy that, go to my WordPress post, I add an image block and paste that embed URL when WordPress asks how’d I’d like to import it. It embeds just fine, as you can see…my entire website’s images are all hosted from my OneDrive.
The issue I’m having is that at one point (I’m unable to identify when) the ability to open the images within a light box stopped working. I had it set up and it worked fine at one point.
I don’t know what broke…and every attempt to find out why, I am being pointed in other direction for help.
I can’t be the only person who’s ever used OneDrive to host their embedded images. And as mentioned, it isn’t only OneDrive…its also embedded images from Google Drive. Is there some issue with embedded images that they are treated differently than native WordPress images?
As for changing the images to be hosted by WordPress itself, well, we are talking thousands of photos, there would be no feasible way to make the transition. Not to mention, the WordPress gallery isn’t very easy to manage. It would eat into my allotted storage amount tremendously.
With thousands of photos, having a file manager like OneDrive (not the best, but better than WordPress) keep photos organized is a superior option.
Again, I’m simply trying to understand what broke which would allow me to better understand who to go to for help.

In reply to: Featured Image is always sqaureIt’s kind of working…I was able to rebuild the first one I tried, but can’t seem to be able to do it for any consecutive ones. It may be an issue with the plug in but all the plugins I see avaialble say that they are untested with my version of wordpress
