Hi Andrew, I had this same issue and I was able to get a techy from Gooten to help me. It seems that if you turn off one of the shipping plug ins and only run one this issue will resolve itself. We turned off Gooten shipping and just use the Printify plug in which is built into the back end. There is no “plug in” per se.
Try this out and see if it works.
