If anyone has a better plugin I would change… I am still using this one but rolled back to Version 1.6.3, since this topic comes up as resolved, maybe you should start a new topic in order to get the plugin maker to look at it?

In version 1.6.3. the plugin is responsive again and after that same thing happens. I have rolled back various versions back to this one to get it to work again. Am I the only one having this problem with this plugin? Why is this topic marked resolved?

Have rolled back to version 1.5.87 since there does not seem to be any response or solution from plugin makers

I had the same problem and was eagerly awaiting the update of the plugin, which I have just installed, but problem remains the same?

The slideshow works. To get to the page with the slideshow you used to be able to click the photo (thumbnail) which had a redirect to a url. These redirects are broken now. The code showing is:

I have now had to add hyperlinks to the captions of the thumbnails to be able to go to the page.

now none of the photos with redirects to urls function anymore…not in desktop mode, nor in mobile mode.. I really hope someone can help me out here..

I had same problem and rolled back to Version 1.4.12, which solved the problem of loading time. Will now update to latest version and let you know

@julius I have sent a bug report and when I hear back from them I will let you know, they will probably post it here as well.

Yes, did all of that before contacting you since I read in other posts that was what you suggested. Even with just nextgen activated the problem remained the same. I will try the Theme change and see if that works.

No, the main page is in English, I do not use a translation plugin. It gets even stranger when I had one that did not work on the main site, but still works as before on the German version of the site (another apartment). Sorry, I set that page from public to private…I will make it public again just so that you can see what I mean. I still can′t get my head around it. Nothing changed, just updates, and now some I cannot get to work anymore at all and others are as they were before…

None…that is what is puzzling me. I had a working nextgen slideshow on every page and then I noticed one that was not working after updates. Found another few and then found some that still work. I have no idea on how this could have happened. I have done the usual: deactivated all plugins, reactivated nextgen, cleared cache, and to no avail. Because this is a very busy time for bookings of holiday rentals I quickly downloaded another plugin to put slideshows on the pages where I needed them the most but I would prefer to have my working nextgen galleries back… I have very little knowledge of html so if I look at ′inspect′ it means nothing to me..

That is because I replaced the non-working nextgen galleries with a Photo Gallery slideshow…

Like I said, I never changed anything, just the wordpress and nextgen updates…
