I can’t get the remove thumbnail action to work. I’m wondering if it’s not working because it’s embedded in Themify Basic. Thoughts?

My bad. I discovered that I was getting the error from my ISP because my password was too simple, believe it or not. Problem resolved that simply.

If you can’t correct it. Reupload functions.php or reinstall WP. It will clean things up, and you can load in your theme and database content and have a clean functions.php file.

I’m sure there are people who know much more than I do, but this may be a starting point.

Also, try to google the error.

Not likely. They seem pretty on top of things. I wish I knew more.

This is not a solution when you have successfully logged in.

FTP is software on your computer that you use to upload files to your web host. I use an FTP called Filezilla. You probably have one on your computer that you used to upload your files. You should login in to that software and access your web server. That is where you should make the changes esmi recommended.

I’ll recommend lynda.com for great WordPress training to get you started on this WordPress path. It’s inexpensive and will walk you through basics like this.
