Please just edit chosen post and then under the section “Advanced SEO settings” there is a text field where you can put “Anchor text used in post lists”.
This feature is available in DiagnoSEO Pro.

Yes, it’s possible. Please go to My Sites > Network Admin > Dashboard then go click on DiagnoSEO Network settings and check the checkbox Add rel=”nofollow” to external links
