Currently, we do not have the option of allowing multiple file uploads.
But we do have an option of File Size restriction and File Type selections. These features are available in the PRO version of our plugin.

I updated the theme as you suggested but still, the issue wasn’t resolved. Then I updated the WordPress version to latest and everything is working fine now.

It seemed the issue was related to WordPress and not the theme.
