1 + 3) Resolved with updating wp-config.php + .htaccess
Apparently I have some depreciated values

2) Still no clue. NO live preview, no theme customization.
Happens in all themes.

Find the first line

Mod it so it looks like this:

	global $inove_nosidebar;
	$inove_nosidebar = true;

One more update/apology

I replaced the faulty 1.3.1 with files from V1.2.1 – 22.03.2009
Sorry if that caused any inconvenience, I can no longer edit the above posts to correct the error

I had some of these bugs and fixed it by:

The problem can be fixed by deleting the NexGen folder and re-uploading version V1.2.1 – 22.03.2009. If you already installed 1.3.1 In order to make the gallery stop nagging you to ‘upgrade’ find the nggallery.php from version 1.3.1 and upload it to the Nexgen folder

Fixed/patched/whatever it works,

I am having the same problem on all of my sites using NexGen gallery since updating to 1.3.1. I am curious if it is possible to role back to 1.3.0

Though I am optimistic for a patch
