Well, both Divi and Woocommerce say that it’s the other one’s problem. It’s been very frustrating to be waiting through this and not be able to accept credit cards on our website while I wait for days for each to get back to me. In the last instance, I tried to tell Divi that it doesn’t occur when switching to twentynineteen, however, it does with just Divi, Woocommerce, and Woocommerce Square enabled.

They responded with a screenshot below, which I sent to Automattic support early this morning, but I haven’t gotten a response in 15 hours so I’m posting here:

Yes, all of my orders get redirected back to the checkout page. I checked to see if I have any external coding that’s causing the required JS script to defer, but I don’t see anything. I also attempted disabling plugins, but no go.

I’m currently using WooSquare as an alternative, however, half of my orders fail. After reverting back to version 1.0.38 I’ve found that half of them now fail using that version too.

Please help ASAP. I’m using the Divi theme with PHP 7.3.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried a number of remedies including disabling plugins, disabling cache, switching theme, etc, but it just redirects people back to the checkout page since version 2.0. 1.0.38 works fine.

Please advise.

Yes I did previously try switching themes, but no. The issue is occurring on an iPhone, and the order review and checkout areas and payment areas just spin.

For the rest of the non-Woocommerce areas of the site, the GoMobi site builder is being used, and I have to tell the Woocommerce areas to not redirect. I’ve had this setup in place for awhile, but it hasn’t been an issue until recently. The htaccess file is a mile long with these rules, and I’ve read that apparently that this issue can happen when redirects are present. The url for this checkout page becomes https://www.campforeverfun.com/checkout?redirect=false.

Hi Doug,

You’re clicking on the main image popup which works fine. Previously, the gallery image below the main image (the image of the cart comparison in my case) has enlarged when clicked on too.

I am also having this issue, however, I use different image sizes for the gallery throughout all of the products.

Please switch it back and then I will update again!

I love your plugin. When I updated to the new version, however, the images and variation description on my Woocommerce product pages won’t load. They will work when I add the individual page synced with global without changing any scripts which I find to be strange. Please let me know if you’d like more info.

Now looking at this log, I guess the problem is with the emails. I replaced the folder with the old one when it was upgraded. I didn’t think that this would cause the order issue, but it definitely looks that way now.
