In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] Use with DokanHello @markfme
We have consulted with the product development team. We regret to inform you our solution has not been tested with the Dokan solution. And it may conflict with our plugin, so in case of conflicts, you may have to tweak the Edwiser solution at the coding level.
We have developed a generic solution keeping comprehensive situations in mind which the majority of our users experience.
And we have registered this feature request with our product development team for validation. If approved, we will release this feature in our future plugin updates.
Thanks,
Team Edwiser

In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] MembershipHello @kklo
? `with this plugin can i have an integration with WCFM?
Or is there another option for using multivendor/membership and subscription payment?_Yes, you may integrate WCFM with Edwiser plugin at the coding level. Because by design our solution is not compatible with WCFM or multivendor/membership operation. You will have to approach a third-party developer for this customization.
? Any indication of you to replace the WCFM?
_ We regret to inform you including this function is not in our pipeline at this moment.
_ We have developed a generic solution keeping comprehensive situations in mind which the majority of our users experience.
_ And, we avoid adding functionality to the core code of our plugins that are not used or requested on a multitude of levels by our active users. Because this will be the potential to make a terrible impact on the performance of our plugin.? With the Free version of Edwiser is it possible to integrate with other plugins?`
_ The WordPress Plugins & Themes market is enormous, so it is difficult for us to guarantee our plugin to be compatible with every third-party plugin or theme.
_ However, you may integrate our plugin with other plugins at the coding level, and in case of conflicts, you may have to approach the plugin developer.
_ Our team will be happy to help you with the shareable source code information.
_ However, we will not be able to support the customization technically. Thanks

In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] ConnectionHello @kklo
?The synchronism of users, are they only for users related to a course in Moodle or are all users even without courses also imported into WordPress?
_ Edwiser Bridge plugins support user synchronization even for users without courses.?I’m believing it’s a bug in the system, because it’s not working.
_ We suspect this is a site-specific issue.
_ If this is a bug-related issue then all users with this same plugin version would have experienced this problem.? If I shut down my computer and restart this connection an error appears as described above. Is this common?
_ This is not common. Kindly share a video walkthrough or screengrabs to help us replicate this issue on our local site.We are looking forward to your reply. Thanks!

Right ticks in the General Settings Summary confirm the successful bridge connectivity. However, the latest version of the Edwiser Bridge plugin is v2.2.2. So please download and install the latest plugins from the following URL ? https://edwiser.org/wp-content/uploads/edd/2022/10/edwiserbridge.zip
Thereafter, recheck the Edwiser Bridge’s Summary tile on the Moodle site.

> Please ensure you are using Edwiser Bridge v 2.2.2 on the Moodle site & 2.2.5 on the WordPress site.
> Purge caching on the Moodle/WordPress/Browser
> Check on the Moodle > > Site Admin > Edwiser Bridge > Settings > Summary (Tile) and check if shows any error if no errors are displayed then the integration should work rightly.

It is a connection failure notification. It means that the virtual bridge connectivity between Moodle and WordPress is broken, hence you are experiencing this issue.
Please refer to the following troubleshooting article. To debug the issue.

In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] UserHello @kklo,
Nope, it will not delete the user on the Moodle site. We recommend deleting the user on the Moodle site and it will delete the user from the connecting WordPress site.
Also, ensure you have enabled the “User Deletion” on the Moodle site.
Navigate to the Moodle Site ? Site Administrator ? Plugins ? Edwiser Bridge ? Settings ? Synchronization ? Check the Box ? Enable User Deletion. Thanks,

In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] TokenHello @kklo
Greetings!
WordPress does not generate an access token key. You need to copy and paste the access token generated on Moodle/Edwiser Bridge/Settings/Webservice/ on the WordPress site.

In reply to: [Edwiser Bridge - WordPress Moodle LMS Integration] SynchronizationHello kklo,
Edwiser Bridge base plugin has been designed to integrate WordPress and Moodle sites. It provides a robust platform to sell Moodle courses as courses online through the WordPress site with a fixed PayPal payment gateway.
If you wish to sell the Moodle courses as WooCommerce Products then you will have to subscribe to Edwiser Bridge Pro (https://edwiser.org/bridge/extensions/edwiser-bundle/) because it includes an extension that will allow you to convert the course into WooCommerce Products and automate the user enrollments in the connecting Moodle site.
Unfortunately, this function is only available in the Pro version.

Hello Lachlan,
Greetings!
– We have provided a setting to disable email notifications under Edwiser Bridge Settings Page if you do not wish to trigger emails to the users while user-synchronization.
– Information about this setting is covered in our setup guide.
– Set-up guide – https://edwiser.org/documentation/edwiser-bridge-bundle/
– Also, our solution does not support a multi-site environment. If you require any further information, please contact us. Thanks!
