I have solved this by turning off Use Ajax for tracking:

Would any one know why i need to turn this off? I am also having unrelated problems also related to ajax. Is it server problem? i am with BlueHost.

I asked the same twice and my post got deleted twice kinda very poor. I did nothing wrong and both time for no reasons my post gets removed.

I can confirm this plugin doesn’t slow down anything, BiBo0 its not the plugin! This is obliviously not a fair review.
