Hi @joydipkar73 , I’ll create a feature request so we can consider adding a “please wait” type of message.
In the mean time, it would require custom development to add that.
Hi @nyhrid, that would be possible with our Purchase Limit extension: https://easydigitaldownloads.com/downloads/purchase-limit/
Hi @nikkoboy customers are imported along with orders, so we don’t have a stand-alone customer export/import option.
If you are redesigning an EDD store it’s best to test the re-design on a staging site and then overwrite the updated files on your live site when you are ready to apply the changes.
Hope that helps!
Hi @sarathlal, have you updated EDD to 3.1.0.2? If not, please do as it should address the checkout error you are seeing. If you are running this version, there might be something else causing that error to occur.
Yes, it would. So, if you no longer want customers to download the file, you’ll want to remove it from the Download’s settings (Downloads > All Downloads > Click Download in question).
Hi @ianbarber. Yes, deleting a product will remove it from customer accounts and they will no longer be able to download. But, we typically do not recommend deleting products.
If you no longer want customers to download the file, I would consider removing the file from the Product/Download details. Also, set the Download’s status to draft which will prevent additional purchases. Doing this will keep a record of the Download in the Order details.
Sorry that wasn’t clear. Only the files you are altering need to exist in your child theme’s edd_templates/ folder.
Hi @g0hlj ,
Yes! Please see this document for details: https://easydigitaldownloads.com/docs/moving-edd-templates-to-your-theme/
Hello @bilgi25 , you can delete Orders one page at a time using the bulk feature. From the Orders list, check the orders then select Delete from the dropdown at the top.
Hi @keithdevon we’re working on improving that chart to have two x-axies that are independent of each other.
Hi Tina,
I’m sorry you didn’t get our response, we replied to your support request on August 1. Here’s what we explained:
This is a known issue with the Themedd theme and to resolve this you will need to change the theme to another theme. Once you did that please go to Downloads > Settings > Misc page and check the setting for “Disable Styles” and save the page.
@flavio93zena thanks for the feedback! I’m sorry we did have this noted in our documentation. We’ll update our PayPal setup document ASAP so this doesn’t happen again.
Hello @mehradcreative , is your product URL still using /downloads/? If so, did you resave your permalinks?
@duisterdenhaag I’m sorry the migration process hasn’t worked well for you. You mention company name and VAT numbers, since VAT is handled by 3rd party extnesions, can you confirm with the developer that the extension version is compatible with EDD 3.0?
Hello @duisterdenhaag, I’m sorry for the trouble!
We have this fixed in EDD 3.0 but since it’s not released yet we are going to apply the fix to 2.11.5.
