Hi, the postage fees are correct sorry as i had removed the tax. ￡3.35 is second class via royal mail although i purchase my postage labels directly and get the price cheaper at ￡2.85. The online labelling is a different price structure. Are you able to create postage options for online prices too? Thank you Dewi

Ok that’s worked thank you. I notice the prices are slightly out. I have second class as ￡2.79 although it should be 2.85. Is this something i need to tweak my end? Thank you Dewi

Hi have now deleted my flat rate profile’s re installed the plug-in and it’s still failing to show 2nd class. Any help would be appreciated Thank you Dewi

Hello,

I didn’t expect a quick reply therefore i decided to delete the plug-in and just use the flat rate basic setting and renamed them to first class and second class. I will re-install the plug-in now to see if it still happens. Thank you Dewi
