In some cases, depending on the server configuration, the plugin might not be able to read the Server Ram. We recommend having at least 6GB RAM.
If your server meets this requirement, the synchronization will work correctly anyway, as the message is just an Alert and not considered as an error.

If you wish to switch to manual configured carriers, you can do as following:
- Go to WooCommerce backoffice
- Select BigBuy Plugin
- Inside BigBuy plugin go to > Configuration
- Select “Manual synchronization of shipping” > YES

We are sorry to read your comments.We understand that it can be frustrating especially at the beginning as this business is not easy, but after the learning curve becomes smoother, benefits can be great.

- Regarding external plugin, we do not recommend any external plugin as we cannot vouch for them.

Version 1.9.5 of the plugin was live only for a couple of days.
The plugin was updated to 1.9.6 and the shipping calculator was working smoothly.The new version includes the new feature:
- Customers can now see all available shipping methods during checkout and choose the one they prefer.

Our devs team made some improvements and just general cleaning of the processes of the plugin.
We have also a new feature now and it’s possible to import automatically the EAN of the products in the meta-data of the products so it’s easier to connect to a service such Google Shopping.

We have checked your tickets with our Support team and we can confirm to you the following:
- When you publish some products, you select them and the hit on the button publish. Let’s say you select 70 products.
- After that, you want to publish 70 more products, you have to select them and add them to the selection.
- This means that when you publish, you have to have selected 140 product, both the first 70 and the second 70 products.
When you unselect some products and publish, they will be marked as excluded and set as private in your backoffice. If you still have doubt with this, our support team is available to you.

Thank you for your message.
If you mean not updating the plugin version, you can do that in any of your WooCommerce plugin by just unmarking the automatic updates, but we do not recommend that as you could be missing a necessary updates.
On the other side, if you do not want the plugin to update your categories, there a few steps that you can follow:
- Enter the configuration of your WooCommerce channel on our system (MIP)
- Go to the step “Synchronization”
- Select “Do not update category tree”
- Publish the changes
Once you do that, you will be able to add the products to your own categories or change the category tree created by our products.
Just remember to not to delete the categories as they would be created again next time there is an update on the information, so you just want to hide them.

Como sabe, se requiere algo de configuración y que su tienda/servidor, cumplan con unos requisitos mínimos para poder garantizar sus funcionalidades.

Regarding the categories, they are created by the products on your website but you can hide them, so your customers cannot see them and only access your own selection of categories.
