can we do it without using plugin?

pls provide the plugin otherwise..

i also want to change the logo of wordpress that “W in a circle”..any suggestion..

i didn’t get wheres the thumbnail option?
even i want to add thumbnails in front of each post in my category pages.
i added custom field and name it to thumbnail..and it was asking about value?

what to do for applying thumbnail?

Enter as admin
then go to users
create another member and see if problem persist..and assign it as a role of subscriber / editor…

Adding this line in wp-config does not let network option under tools…in wordpress 3
