In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Images all disappear after update to 1.50Just to follow up: this seems to be happening in Firefox only (checked on multiple devices).

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Images all disappear after update to 1.50Hi, @johnstonphilip – Good questions!
1) The images’ alt tags display; but not the images. It’s like a broken link, though when I examine the html, the links are correct.
2) It’s definitely the container block where this is happening (sometimes it’s columns or media-with-text blocks within the container). This hasn’t happened for blocks outside of containers.
If I replace the image in the media library to a different image and then reselect the original image, it restores.
Very odd. This is in use with a Genesis child theme, Genesis Sample, btw.

@danielinhou – I have the same issue/have for the past several Woo Commerce updates, and am happy to share a screenshot. Here’s the notice that pops up when simply selecting WooCommerce for updates: https://snipboard.io/n0mRCB.jpg
If you have indeed tested both the latest version of WP and the latest version of WC, it sounds like you need to update this plugin’s “Tested up To” values in the plugin’s readme header. Thanks.

In reply to: [Wild Apricot Login] Login not working for ChromeActually, I wanted to follow up on this. The issue I had with the error was related to my not having set up the API settings correctly in WA. Specifically, I had entered only the live site domain and didn’t include the staging site domain in the WA API settings. After fixing this, it resolves and works.

In reply to: [Wild Apricot Login] Login not working for ChromeSame! Login plugin not currently working. I just submitted a support ticket and it’s helpful to see that people have been waiting on this for months. I’m going to try the devs at NewPath Consulting.

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection works on some entries and not othersI think I found/fixed the issue:
It was related to my not having entered a trailing / after the relative links being redirected. I.e., I entered in /contact for those who may be typing that in directly or have that bookmarked. But Google results links always have the / at the end.
So testing from Redirection always worked, as it was always matching exactly the url I had entered. But search engine results links were sending to /contact/ and that was not set up for redirection.
I’m still not sure why this happened on articles with a regex rule that would/should have applied to everything, but that may be related to having been on an old server location running old php. New server location in the system + php 7.0 seems to have taken care of that issue.

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection works on some entries and not othersAlso, I meant to add:
- For the pages and posts that aren’t redirecting, I’ve double (and triple) checked the entries, which are correct; and tested them on https://redirect.li/http/ and get the results of “No details are known for this HTTP request.”
- I exported the redirects to json, then deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled Redirection in order for this to update the apache server pathname (as this moved to a new server config yesterday and that’s not an editable field in Options). I imported the redirection entries and the results are the same, even with cleared cache/new browsers. No details are known for these http requests.

In reply to: [Redirection] Persistent placeholder for Apache ModuleSame issue. We’ve just migrated our site to a new server, different pathname but the old apache pathname persists and is greyed out/can’t be overwritten.

In reply to: [Analyticator] Widgets disappearI was excited to see updates to the plugin (6.5.2) just got released, and was hoping it would fix this! Sadly, the issue with Widgets (and also Customizer) breaking remains.

In reply to: [Analyticator] Appearance > WidgetsSame. Unable to access widgets *or* anything in Customizer while this plugin is active. Disabling it returns everything to normal. Yikes!
Hi, Dave. I think it may be time to find a different plugin and jump ship with this one. It hasn’t been updated in almost a year and as there’s been no move in 8 months to support custom taxonomy, I will be looking for something comparable to phase this one out. It’s been quite a while since I’ve looked, and a better solution is likely out there. Several themes I’ve been working with lately have an integrated feed widget plugin that filters by category or tag quite well, so I think it’s a more common feature and we probably have good existing options around.
If you or anyone reading this has any recommendations, that would be a great start, otherwise, I’ll be doing some research later this month.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Customizing the confirmation emailAlso, related question: is there a way to add an events admin–who is not the event organizer or main WP admin–to receive a copy of the rsvp for each ticket that comes in?
We know we can just add another organizer to the event, but we like the way Events Manager Pro makes it possible for people to view events by organizer–and having the admin organizer’s name showing up on this events view would confuse that.
Any suggestions on how we can add our own events admin to receive copies of all rsvp requests would be greatly appreciated.
Still happening as recent as your second-to-latest version. I was just able to update today by deleting configCache.php file from wp-content/plugins/wordfence/tmp/configCache.php –so grateful for having found this post, because I fell into a k-hole of other WP update issues that were unrelated.
Um, bruno_web, you seem to misunderstand the problem here.
We *need* to show only posts from one or more specific categories. This works fine on standard posts and pages. It’s one of the key features of this plugin.
It’s on posts/pages that are using a custom taxonomy that this feature breaks.
Hi, nope. Have not heard anything back from the developer(s).
