please help, what’s even the point of buying a pro plugin when it us having problems. Free version works fine but when I activate the pro sonnar plugin, it doesn’t works.

Hi, actually 500 error is an internal server error. This issue of mine was fixed after I contacted my hosting provider. Try contacting your hosting’s support.

WTF, nobody said they are using Pro version of the plugin. You’re restricted from providing any support for the pro version here, we get it. But at least give a solution for non-pro i.e. free bookly plugin.

I’m saying this because 1 month ago, I tried to contact your team via your website but I was getting the same reply from you guys. Then luckily one random guy replied to my support thread here and he solved my problem.

Contacting directly on your website is of no use. Your team keeps asking either to buy the support or renew it.

Even the player is loading fine on my side, but my client is saying the player is taking atleast 30seconds to load. I know it’s not possible because I have even checked the website with gtmetrix.
Can you help me how to deal with this situation? I am also using CDN but still, he told me that he has asked his friends and they are also saying that the website is loading very slow. I’m really very frustrated with this problem.
