@flight750 It’s ok to see this message. Most of the time, replacing the not supported charset and collations with the default values is working fine.
I think, if you want to make sure that the migration really worked, the only way is to run a test installation and just test the results.
@cedus sorry for the late reply, I’m out of ideas. For your information, Duplicator Pro has no limits on the DupArchive archive engine, you could try that.
For an alternative way of deleting the plugin, you can just deactivate it from the Plugins page, after which open the folder /wp-content/plugins and remove the duplicator folder.
Note, this issue will be fixed in the next release.
@cedus are there any disabled PHP functions? You can check it by opening Duplicator > Tools > General > PHP information and searching for disable_functions.
Hi @beachie7,
You might need to provide the port number for your mysql (e.g. localhost:3309). Please look up the port number and add it to the host as shown.
@amadeus6308 do you have the same issue with the latest version?
Thank you for sharing this information @markc369!
Hi @markc369,
Thanks for sharing this information with us. On which version did this occur?
Hi @apasionados,
Thanks for sharing this valuable information. Have a great weekend!
Hi @cedus,
Are there any disabled functions?
@emiklei could you please check the archive? Maybe it’s corrupted and contains only the files you mentioned. If so, you need to download the package again and make sure it’s not getting corrupted during download. If it’s already corrupted on the server, then please create a new package.
@cedus I think the only choice you are left with is to use ShellZip, isn’t it enabled?
@emiklei what kind of structure does it have?
@emiklei you can try to do a manual extraction. For more information, please see the following link:

@emiklei What is the permission error related to, to the files or to the database?
