Thanks for using our plugin! You’re not missing any settings. It’s made so every time the page refreshes, or the next slide changes it will scale the the browser width.

If you’re dragging your browser width with your mouse, it won’t scale in “real time”. When the image changes it should be scaled to the new browser width, or if you refresh the page. So whether it’s a 24inch desktop monitor, or 13inch laptop, the images should scale appropriately when loaded.

Yeah, finding a real-time automatically updated weather option without overloading a server is the challenge. Going to have to make my own or find a premium option.

Thanks for the reply. Just to clarify, if I leave my webpage open, it won’t update/refresh the current weather automatically every 15 minutes. I’ll still need to refresh the page manually?

I’ve made a single viewport page that will be displayed 24/7 on a TV in a public place for guests and need the weather section to update on it’s own. If your plugin can’t do that, do you have any recommendations? It needs to be fully responsive and not an iframe.

Otherwise it’s a great plugin, keep up the good work.

Thanks for using our plugin. With the background image fixed, it technically does scroll with the whole page. If I’m not understanding how you want it to scroll, you can change the position of the background image by targeting this element:

#bsm-bg {
position: relative!important; (or to whatever position you desire)
}

Keep in mind it’s designed to cover the entire background, not a section of the website.

Yes this plugin works on pages. First create your background slider gallery. Next, go into your page and look for a dropdown on the right side that says “Select Background Slider Master Gallery”. Make sure to save the page, then refresh the front end and you should see it.

May I ask what version of WordPress you’re using, what theme is installed and what version of PHP your server is running?

Our background slider plugin works with most other plugins. We’ll look into why NextGen plugin isn’t working well with our slider and add the solution to our next update.

I’m unable to replicate your “Hello world” alt text/title error in all major browsers. It’s possible you might have a different plugin or theme that’s automatically giving your uploaded images that title/alt text.

When you go to Media, do your images have a “Hello world” title and alt text?
