I purchase raw materials from a supplier. Manufacture my Product, then sell it to clients.

So I need to record my expenses (purchases from suppliers.)

I have seen that my sales to clients is being recorded under Transactions..

There is no means of setting a transaction to be a purchase, only a sale.

Now I just need to find how to show just that table for certain users only, without them having to log in.

It is not allowing me to attach the screen shot, but if you read my message, I have already added the custom field and have capture data for several transactions.

I now want to add that field to the “Transactions” – “View All” display.

Thank you, but I need the cashier to be able to update the stock as they sometimes manufacture the item on demand and the admin is mot always available.

If I understand you correctly, you are saying I must give a cashier access to the backend of the website.
I do not think this is a wise action? It will give them access to far more than they need.
