    Hello,

Yes, I’ve seen the screenshot last time. As you can see on mine I don’t have the tag in my source code. I have updated all of my website and my browser is last version too.

The weird thing is that in Incognito mode, I find it like you. There is a browser cache problem then.

But why doesn’t it work on Analytics? There is really 0 feedback on it, so I believe it can’t be a few people that send no feedback because of their cache.

    Thanks again

    Hi @doublezed2

Thank you very much for checking the website too. I’ve tested the homepage a few minutes ago and on my side, I still get only two tags… On your side, the G-R4*** tag is the one that I want!

I’ve accepted cookies so I don’t understand why it doesn’t appear for me while it does for you.

Do you have an idea of a solution?

    Thanks in advance ????

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer!

We will update the website. For now, about the Tag Assistant Companion, I’ve installed it but it can’t find the tracking ID I’ve used in the plugin. Is it supposed to call the code in a precise WooCommerce page that I should test ? I tried on the homepage and the cart.

I’m using the correct ID in the plugin, it’s starting with G-. The Tag Assistant finds a GTM- and an AW- tag that are inserted in the website by other ways. But not the tag inserted with the plugin.

    Thanks!
