Your response came way too late. My first contact was 10 days ago to your support email and I got a response from Hares, who suggested he’ll look into it to fix the issue first before refund. Then I sent website logins as requested to fix, but another 2, 3 days went by, nothing happened. So I asked for refund again including sending messages to your Salim’s paypal gmail and Hares at your support email – 3 times, they never got back to me.
At this point, it’s over and I’ve been waiting for the refund which I requested within 3 days of buying the premium version. I hope giving the refund back won’t take you additional days.
