@fkmdesign I did what you suggested, as the 1.6.17 version seems to have the same effect today… And it works now. Many thanks.

FYI this can be done in WP > Elementor > Settings > Features
scroll down to “improved css loading” and disable.

Yes, I did clear all caches, in both wordpress (via LiteSpeed) and Hostinger, and did exclude the mentioned page in LiteSpeed.

You can see attached a screenshot with the several IP number for my only name (circled in red).

Thus, it seems that the limitation is not taken into account, as I was able to vote again whereas I did vote a few days ago. It seems that several IP are given for my own name. Is this because I am admin?
