Specifically, the menu item “Real Estate Blog” with sub-menu(s) for “Buyers” and “Sellers” … how do I/what do I need to do in order to ensure that clicking each menu brings up only the respective posts/entries on the blog, each of which are set to those “categories”?

Noob here. Simple question? How do I get the custom menu items to operate (e.g., pull/sort from the taxonomies)? https://tinyhomemls.com

P.S. Instead of the “Speak Your Mind” dialog box at the bottom of the static/landing/home page, I would like to add the page hit counter that appears on all the other pages’ right panel via a widget.
