Please try reinstalling the plugin and see if the issue still occurs.
If the De Carousel element still doesn’t appear then try deactivating other plugins for any conflicts.

While the issue in the second point is probably due to the CSS not being loaded, try going to the Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS. Then click on Regenerate Files and then check if the title appears https://prntscr.com/11d7gvk
You can also edit the page and then update it to see if the title appears.
