You can try to install Category Order plugin. The plugin will simply list all your categories on that page, and you can manually drag and drop to rearrange category order.

Hi @softdreamz, notifications like “the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet….” usually appear because you uploaded an incorrect file.
Please extract the zip package file and find the theme installer file in the theme folder, the installer file name should be like “vastart.zip”
