Hi,
I would suggest to all WordPress plugin’s developers to create a paid version of their plugins.
Some of us want to have support for the plugins used and won’t mind to pay for premium plugins that are well supported, and we would have our questions answered.
Thanks.
Hi,
I’ve tested the redirect to check what kind of code it returns… a 301 redirect. Screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/l/AGz-v4ynl39MMJ3HFxstOu52yGg-W2yubw8
Anyway, do you see any SEO issue if the subsites only load from the “mapped” version?
That is:
– https://www.subsite.com will load
– https://www.mainsite.com/subsite/ won’t redirect to the mapped version (server config)This is done via server configuration, to avoid google crawling the unmapped version.
Any SEO issue? Given that in the subsites only mapped URLs are used…
Thanks.
Any help on this?

Hi,
Again, how can google find the unmapped version (www.mainsite.com/subsite) when there’s no link at all to that URLs?
Any clues? Where to look for?
Thanks.

Hi,
But how can google find the unmapped version (www.mainsite.com/subsite) when there’s no link at all to that URLs?
Only mapped versions of the URLs are being used. So how Google is finding the unmapped versions?
And you say “types of things causes…”. Any clue? What can be causing this? You are the plugin’s author, so you should now where to look for…
Thanks.
Any idea how google is “finding” and indexing the mapped subsites if there are no links to the unmapped versions? It’s a huge SEO issue.
Thanks.
Yes, of course. Typing https://www.mainsite.com/subsite redirects to https://www.subsite.com in all cases.
The plugin is working fine, but with this major issue regarding indexing.
Thanks.
Both. I’ve always looked for content, but also tons of images are being indexed too.
Hi Ron,
It’s enabled. Attached a screenshot of my settings: https://www.evernote.com/l/AGz3xoCKZ61I_YWDseIuKx6_vV0E91U6XZk
I’m checking that, after deleting the “disallow” directives in robots.txt, more and more subsites are being indexed in google as subfolders.
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Product Fees] Fees in invoicesI’ll test it, thanks.
Regarding your question about a specific category, it’s not possible. The ecotax is different for products in the same category, and it’s not even a formula.
It’s just a fixed value, and can be different for products in the same categories.
Thanks again.

And would this plugin integrate with the Wootheme’s Product CSV Import Suite (https://www.woothemes.com/products/product-csv-import-suite/) to bulk import products from a CSV?
That is, I have an excel file with a thousand products, and a column with the “ecotax”. Can I import that file and have the “ecotax” set into your “fee amount” field?
Thanks again.
Hi,
Is there a simpler way to enable the editors to be able to update the redirects?
Thanks.
