I was having the exact issues as alesub, but I just tried downloading and installing again and managed to get the plugin working! I double checked the folder name, perhaps this was an issue but can’t confirm as I don’t remember what it was first installed into.

Hi guys, I had the similar problem but none of these fixes helped.

In the end I got in contact with my hosting provider (bluehost) and they informed me it was a permissions issue.

Several folders had permissions set to 777 and needed to be reset to 755 and files to 644.

I hope this helps some.
