Yes, you can change that image using CSS.

Use “a.wpis-popup” class selector to change camera icon background image along with width and height.

a.wpis-popup {

  bottom: 9px;
  display: block;
  height: 32px;
  opacity: 0.6;
  position: absolute;
  right: 10px;
