Dan I am not sure what the link was, I am assuming it was a phishing link but it could have led to a malware install. I should not be there I do know that much. Thanks so much guys for the links I will go through all the replies and fix the issue. I can remove the link as you said dan but it was back this morning but the page is now been taken down so its seems that a bot is looking for the exploit and just putting it back.

ipconfig /flushdns

chk site out will need to repeat this until they get the issue resolved.

I am having this issue. I was able to get to the site by flushing DNS
its not a fix but is a workaround for me.
PC-
open command window (CMD)
ipconfig /flushdns
after running try to go back to the site that your having the issue with
