Yes so get this, WordPress SEO was making breaking this. So at least for this website, using your plugin with the latest version of WordPress SEO seems to break some jquery (I think) and doesn’t display until that SEO plugin is removed.
Hello I have this plugin installed also and about 6 days ago it stopped displaying the calendar. Any ideas why? I do have the shortcode installed. Other than adding an image to the page, nothing else was changed.
