In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order failed noticeThanks for that.
I’ve done some more digging and found woocommerce automatically flags an order as cancelled when the hold stock time limit is reached and there are several posts out there where this can cause issues with various payment providers.
Our payment provider is Stripe and I’m waiting for an answer as to how long they leave a payment process open for before they flag it as failed.
One of the suggestions from the above mentioned posts is to leave the stock time limit field in woocommerce settings empty, the idea is that if this is open ended then the payment provider sets the status for the order when they’ve finished their bit and this avoids any conflict with the woocommerce stock time limit.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Display ACF data on product admin pageHi Nicola,
Just to be clear I want to show the ACF data on the ‘woocommerce/products/all products’ page in the wordpress backend, I don’t need to show it on the front end product post/page.

In reply to: [Favorites] Why do I have this error message?Hi crest1314,
Where in the file did you put this code?
Replace line 188 or somewhere else?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the response.
I’ve found a work around for the problem. I realised that UM uses the ‘first name’ and ‘last name’ form fields to populate the profile title under the main image and after testing established that it would also work with just the ‘first name’.
I then setup the business register form with a standard ‘first name’ field and deleted the ‘last name’ field. I then gave the ‘first name’ field a new title ‘company name’ but left the default meta key value ‘first_name’.
This results in the company name being displayed on the profile instead of the first name and last name of the member.
As I said, it’s just a work around and I think that building this option into a future version of UM would enhance the plugin.
Thanks again.
Just figured out where I was going wrong.
I had to edit the default ‘user’ profile form to make this profile role-specific and set it to ‘member’ instead of the default ‘all roles’! Now only the specific role info appears on the profile page instead of the multiple version I was getting before.
As far as I’m aware this isn’t mentioned in the documentation.
I really like the UM plugin and I know that as it’s free it might be ungrateful to moan about the documentation but some time spent by the developers on comprehensive documentation and video tutorials would surely reduce the support levels needed and encourage users to pay for the upgrades.
Hi guys,
When I changed to a default theme the problem went away.
At first I thought that it could have been the Ultimate Member default pages but when I added a new test page with some content in the page’s wordpress edit panel I got the same result, so it looks like a conflict with Ultimate Member and Betheme.
I next looked at removing the shortcode content from the wordpress edit panel and putting it in Bethemes Muffin Builder page building option with same outcome. So I went to the menu setup, removed the menu selections and re-selected them and updated – resulting in the offending extra menu text disappearing!
It looks as though the conflict is between Betheme’s Muffin Builder and Ultimate Member.
If you have Ultimate Member installed with Betheme any page that has content in the WordPress edit panel shows that content as a sort of subtitle in the menu bar if that page is selected for menu use.
Although my workaround has removed the problem it would be nice if someone with more Ultimate Member know how could sort out the conflict as Ultimate Member has an awful lot going for it and Betheme is a very popular wordpress theme.
I did post on the Betheme forum but they gave me the standard we dont support 3rd part plugins response.
Thanks,

Thanks,
