I have corrected the issue, we had a caching plugin installed and although disabled, it needed to be deleted to remove all references.

I have tried TSL and SSL, although TSL should be correct as it is on my other client sites. Thanks.

When I disable the plugin, the sticky menu does work, but I have no content on 80% of the site as it is a feed which generates the majority of the site.

I’ve turned this plugin back on now as it is a live version of the site, and have also enabled debug mode on your plugin for you. Thanks again Mark.

Thanks Scott, I am running W3 Total Cache so looked into the minify settings a little more.

It is now corrected and it was to simply enable ‘Inline JS minification’ under the ‘HTML minify settings’

Just thought I’d add this as I have spotted it. It brings up a .js error on the stickThis.js file on these select pages:

TypeError: $(...).stickThis is not a function stickThis.js:10:3

JS isn’t my strong point at all ??

Unfortunately not. I’ve not had the chance to look into it yet, but was hoping someone would come up with a solution in the meantime.
