again, it looks like not everything is loaded right… so check the very basics
1. check your wifi connection / try LAN instead of WLAN / reset router
2. check your OS and browser (like win7 doesn’t support chrome updates anylonger)
3. try another browser
4. check/adjust7deactivate any browser addons (like noscript, privacy badger…)

or
/wp-admin
if you stick to the unsecure standard…

sometimes, when my wifi connection is slow, this appears… (no css at all)
try to reload the page… and check your wifi connection…

i hope it’s that simple…

I just had the same problem and css did not help…
mobile header only gets sticky again, if you change main-header settings type back to “always keep on top”…

1. Saving Costs
I think, the problem is, that you distributed FAQ’s or How-to’s too often with different content.
As avoiding costs and good reviews and visits on your website are important to you, I would consider to delete FAQ’s on WordPress but provide a link to your homepage instead… and reduce your content management while maintaining only one good page where you can find all answers…

I personally assumed, the FAQ’s on WordPress and on your website would be the same… so I didn’t look them up on your website…

2. Marketing descriptions
Your plugin offers a lot of ease for customers…
but your “detail” page on wordpress is a little confusing:

Here, people might think the professional review software features (or package) is included within creating a free account…

I think your plugin and service is good enough to describe more detailed, what exactly can be achieved by a free account… (for 7 days…)

Tell them, that they will get like about 8 e-mails from you during the following days with offers and informations…

I hope my suggestions lead to all of the aims I stated above…

in the features marketing list, you state, that the forever free version has the lack of the need of manually polling new reviews onto the site.

This was acceptable…!

Today, reading the support answer, I have the feeling, that trustindex has integrated a bad behaviour, but please, before I vote for this plugin, explain what does it mean?:

So if you want to show your new reviews, you have to download the new ones under the “My Review” tab. (There will be a time-limited button)

somehow same issue on my site…
submenus on desktop work fine…

submenus on mobile (android) work… but they don’t show…

if you minimize width on desktop screen “icon-angle-down” can still be seen on the right side… and be klicked…

only on mobile, icons don’t show… but klicking in the wight area, where the icons are supposed to be, will toggle the menu… and white icon area turns gray…

thanks for your plugin for some time…
it was simple and easy…

after my updates today on two of my most important clients websites, I have the same issue on evolve theme with redux framework… but not on twentyfourteen…

so it might be some theme / framework plugin issue…

unfortunately, you seem to be busy somehow, as a lot of unresolved topics are on the forum (security included) and somehow some months, you could not solve the problem, I cannot wait either and need to find another solution for my projects…

but anyway, thanks for your work until now…

had the same issue on a site with PHP 7.4
went back to PHP 7.3 and everything’s fine

I had the same issue today and a post on stackoverflow stated that recaptcha now needs to be configured to domain name only…

when first installing recaptcha, I applied for https://domain name
this method doesn’t work anymore…

just apply for domain name only and configure…
