This could be the problem. For us to really find out, can you send up the backup JSON file of your calculator instance? You can send it to us on stylishcostcalculator.com/supportWe resolved some JS errors. It’ll be released tonight during our next update.

Can you press “backup” on your calculator and send us the JSON file through our support website? We will install your calculator and we will try to recreate the issue.
We have to fix this in the latest version. It will be uploaded soon to the repo (a few days).

Usually, it’s a PHP setting that is timing out the upload. Which hosting company do you have?
