I just turned off the plugin, but a real person was blocked yesterday at 10:35 AM EST. and today at 7:06 AM EST.Hi there,

Without seeing the code, I cannot say for certainty that our plugin can achieve that, but at first glance, it looks like it can.

You may haves an incompatible database version.
Please find the “Diagnostics Screen” inside our app and email us a screenshot of this screen, or use the live chat on our website (be sure to leave your name and email in case we need to reply by email)
It’s likely that your database software does not support InnoDB storage system.

First, thank you for letting me know about the aggressive SPAM filter on the contact form. We removed it. Please submit the ticket now.
Secondly, we found the bug you mentioned, and we already started working on fixing it. Stay tuned for a beta release in the Member’s Portal with the fix.

We replied to all your tickets, but we didn’t receive a response from you. You’re the third person to mention this and my guess is that we’re having issues with our email MX server blocking emails (or the opposite).
– Your first email (ticket) was April 1st at 5:22PM EST, we replied 20 minutes later at 5:44PM (by Nahin).
– Your second email April3 9th at 7:45AM, we replied a few minutes later at 8:06am (by Angel).
