FYI – One strange thing that happens is the email that comes to my inbox (because I checked the box that says “send email to blog admin”) says Lead Source: Array
The lead source comes through correctly in Salesforce though which is where it needs to.

Thank you! I copied the salesforce.php file and pasted over the old one, added in lead_source as a new picklist field and deleted the info I had typed in Lead Source in the Form Settings section. It works great. Thank you again for your prompt response and for a SUPER plugin!
