I deleted the plugin and re-installed it. Looks like that fixed the problem. Thanks for all the troubleshooting tips.

Ah! When I read the directions to the plugin I thought I was supposed to write “responsive=<scroll>” It was the <> that made it not work. It works now! I saw that it was a premium extension, so I’ll go and make a donation tomorrow! Thanks a lot!

I tried unchecking the box for Use Datatables and I installed the extension but that didn’t work either. On mobile, the size chart extended beyond the container.

But the issue with that is, if I unchecked it, on mobile version, the table would extend out beyond the containers…I’d like to keep it scrollable when on mobile…
For some reason it works for one table under the same tab, but the same tables copied over to the second tab don’t work.

Nope…not there. I have a stupid question…was I suppose to install both the EWWW Image Optimizer AND the Cloud plugin?

Thanks! I had the Monarch plugin and that was the one causing the issue. I deactivated it and it works fine now.

I went into PHPMyAdmin to look at the database and I actually don’t see ewww_image_optimizer_version in wp_options

Sorry, I forgot to say that I set up the wp-config.php too
Anyway, I ended up losing my patience and found wp fix it on Google. $39 dollars to fix an issue. Considering that I wasted 2 days of my life trying to get my site back, $39 dollars was completely fine with me. They solved the problem in 5 minutes! I wish I had found them 2 days ago lol. Thanks Digico for your input!

@photocrati, thanks for the quick response! You’re right, I had Chinese characters in there. Once I set up the albums with all English characters everything works very smoothly. Great plugin! Thanks again.

I am having the same issue. The next button takes me to the previous product. Also, is there any way to set it so that the products are in the same category?
For example right now if I am in category 1, when I press next/previous, I get taken to products in category 2 or 3.
Hoping to get this problem solved soon!
