Set your cache timeouts with whatever cache control method you are using. This plugin doesn’t control caching itself. You would need to use something else to do that.

What are you using for caching? Are you using a plugin like W3 Total Cache? Or something that sits in front of your site like CloudFlare or Varnish?

Just wanted to let you know that I’ve added a progress bar in the newest release ??

The upload speed from you server is entirely dependent on what your host provides. Doing some quick math it looks like you are able to upload around 150-160KBps. There isn’t anything the plugin can do to speed that up.

Yes! I would love to add a progress bar! It is actually something I am working on. I was hoping it was going to make it into the last version but it did not. The plan is to list the file being uploaded and provide a % indicator of completion.

When I click “View” from the list mode of the item it takes me to the attachment page where the image is embedded (e.g. /wordpress/?attachment_id=146).

Is it taking you to the attachment page but the image isn’t embedded?

I made a plugin to do this:

It works with Blue Storage as long as you set it to be the upload handler for all uploads. It should also work with other plugins.

No, it doesn’t. As it works right now all files would go into one shared container.

I’ll look into what it would take to add some functionality like that.
