I have a similar issue – the post to facebook is immediately when the post is created even the settings are on “Scheduled”.

The post on facebook doesn’t show the featured image of the actual post.

Solved.. It was actually the FB plugin which forced the entire site to shrink – changed it and works now ??

Found the actual issue – the FB plugin was causing the issue.
